My experience at Hilton Garage could have been better because, my V5 had been messed up by a salesperson meaning I had to find a post office at 9pm at night to post a V60 form. The car had not been cleaned and did not look ready to be taken away. The low tyre pressure light came on and the car had to be taken back to a mechanic, extending our time there. Was not a smooth handover.
