I'd definitely recommend Hilton Garage to friends and family because of the friendly and professional service.
I would not recommend Hilton Garage because they lie they say the car is worth this price then change it and get you to sign. Not clean at all. Freezing in the place and was waiting about 2/5 hours. Not tell me what all the paper work is and didn’t even off to go around the vehicle with me. Nobody asked if I was okay when I first walked in. You don’t get a good vibe as all staff just look at you like you shouldn’t be there. The car was not cleaned at all or smelt nice. MOT was passed with a break light out and not looked at by the garage. Tyres were high PSI on travel home which they did not check. Even though it says what checks they do. Not happy. Will never go back

I would not recommend Hilton Garage because the car I received was returned to the garage the morning after I received it as it broke down on me, I got the car back as they told me they couldn’t find a fault, I then broke down on the motorway with engine light came on and loads of smoke from exhaust and engine, they recovered the car for me but didn’t recover me I had to pay £65 to get a taxi back home, they left me without a car for 4 days the injectors had gone on the car which should have been picked up when I told them the first time something was wrong with it, I have lost £800 as couldn’t go to work because they didn’t have any courtesy cars, also when I brought the car I wasn’t offered a test drive and shown how things work in the car, Joe who dealt with it just seemed to be on a rush to sell the car, and had to decide on the spot to decide if I wanted to extended warranty, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to purchase it after
The experience at Hilton Garage was fantastic because the customer service was simply exceptional - from the very first meeting and test drive, through to the handing over of the keys. All of my questions were answered fully and I was under no pressure at all during the process. This is my second car from Hilton Garage - the first gave served me very well with fantastic reliability, and I had no hesitation at all in buying my next car from them and I would highly recommend them to others.
My experience at Hilton Garage could have been better because the communications with the dealership were awful - no response to calls, texts and emails
